Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of Tarsier (hereafter, “the service”), owned by automatizalo.net, which is responsible for it. Contact: hello@gettarsier.com.

1. What the service offers

The service automatically analyzes a public web page and reports on its accessibility to the crawlers of artificial intelligence systems. The basic analysis and the score are free. The detailed report, with the fixes and the associated prompt, is delivered after a one-time payment of 19 €$19.

2. Nature of the result

The report is an indicative technical diagnosis based on the state of the page at the time of analysis. No ranking outcome is guaranteed, nor that any artificial intelligence system will cite the analyzed site. Decisions made on the basis of the report are the responsibility of whoever receives it.

3. Permitted use

• Only your own sites, or sites you have authorization for, may be analyzed.
• Bulk automated use of the service is prohibited, as is any use aimed at overloading third-party sites.
• Usage limits are applied per IP address to keep the service available to everyone.

4. Payment

Purchases are sold and charged by Dodo Payments, Inc., acting as merchant of record: Dodo Payments processes the payment, calculates and remits any taxes due in your country, and issues your receipt. Tarsier does not store card details. The stated price is 19 €$19 per report, taxes included.

5. Delivery

The report unlocks immediately on payment confirmation and stays accessible from the link provided for 90 days. It can also be downloaded as PDF, Markdown and HTML. Downloading it to keep is recommended.

6. We do the fix

Alongside the report, you can hire us, the team behind the service, to do the fix. That is separate work and is not contracted on this website: the figure shown is a reference based on the kind of work the analyzed page needs, and whatever is agreed goes by email, with its own quote and invoice. None of it is charged here, and this site's refund policy does not apply to it.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the report in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and by European consumer legislation. If you are contracting as a consumer, you keep every right that legislation gives you, including that of bringing a claim before the courts where you live.
