Refund policy

Digital content delivered immediately

The report is digital content delivered at the moment of payment. Under European consumer law, by completing the purchase you accept that performance begins immediately and that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered.

When money is refunded

The full 19 €$19 is refunded if:

• The report never unlocked because of a technical failure of the service.
• The same report was charged twice.
• The report is manifestly incomplete or corrupt.

How to request it

Email hello@gettarsier.com with the address analyzed and the email you paid with, within 14 days of the purchase. Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method in roughly 5 to 10 business days.

What it doesn't cover

No refund is given for disagreeing with the score obtained, or for not managing to appear in a particular AI system: the report is a technical diagnosis and, as stated in the terms, guarantees no ranking outcome.
